How much is the charge for delivery?
Shipping costs vary depending on the country and region. Shipping is free for purchases of €200 or more.
Is there payment at the door?
Payment at the door is not available for international shipments.
When will I receive my cargo?
Your order is delivered to the cargo company within 24 hours from our Turkey warehouse. The estimated delivery time of the cargo company is 1-7 business days on average, depending on the country.
How can I track my cargo?
When your order is delivered to the cargo, an e-mail containing cargo information will be sent to you. You can track your cargo from this e-mail content.
Can I ship my order to a different address? Can you
deliver the product to an address other than my billing address?
You can specify a different delivery address when
placing your order. You must fill in your address information (address, street,
neighborhood, avenue) in order for your delivery to be accurate and easy.
Which cargo company will my cargo with be sent?
We work with DHL and TNT companies. Your order will be delivered to the cargo company that will provide the fastest transportation to your region.
If I am not at home during delivery, can someone else pick up my package? What should I do if no one is available during delivery?
In our address delivery option, your package can be delivered to you or only to your first-degree relatives. For security reasons, ID will be requested and surname consistency is required. The signature of the person receiving your package at the delivery address will be required. If there is no one at the address, the courier will try to reach you again. They may leave a card for you to pick up your package or reschedule the delivery date. Cargo returned to the branch must be received within 3 business days. Otherwise, the cargo will be returned to the origin branch within the knowledge of the sender.
