MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. Parties
a) This Tudors Membership Agreement
("Agreement") is the owner of the www.tudors.com website, Ayaydın
Tekstil Turizm Sanayi Anonim Şirketi, located at Basın Express Yolu Cemal

3.5. The MEMBER declares and undertakes that the

3.6. The MEMBER's right to use the password obtained
from the TUDORS website belongs exclusively to the MEMBER. The MEMBER cannot
give this password to any third party. All legal and penal responsibility
regarding the use of the password belongs to the MEMBER.
3.7. TUDORS shall not be held responsible for
unauthorized access to MEMBER data and for damages to MEMBER software and data.
The MEMBER has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from TUDORS for any

3.8. The MEMBER has agreed not to access or use other
internet users' information and software without permission. Otherwise, the
legal and penal responsibility that may arise due to this reason belongs
entirely to the MEMBER.
3.9. The MEMBER who violates one or more of the
articles listed in this Agreement accepts and undertakes that it will be
responsible for all damages that may arise due to this reason and that it will
keep TUDORS free from all damages, lawsuits, claims and claims and will
indemnify them.
3.10.TUDORS always has the right to unilaterally
suspend or terminate the MEMBER's membership and delete all data, documents and
files belonging to the MEMBER, without assuming any responsibility
unilaterally.
3.11. All intellectual property rights regarding the

content of the products are the property of TUDORS and cannot be used by the
MEMBER without the written consent of TUDORS.

3.14. MEMBER TUDORS and TUDORS Mağazaları A.Ş.
declares and accepts that its brands allow information and advertisements to be
sent to him about product and service promotions, advertisements, campaigns,
advantages, surveys and other customer satisfaction practices. The MEMBER
declares and accepts that he/she allows the collection, use and archiving of
personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer behavior
information that he/she has given in the past and/or will give in the future
while becoming a MEMBER to TUDORS for the above purposes. The MEMBER declares
and accepts that he/she allows the data to be collected, used and archived by
TUDORS when his/her membership ends, unless he/she notifies otherwise. The
MEMBER accepts and declares that he/she will not claim any direct and/or
indirect material and/or moral, negative and/or positive damages due to the
collection, sharing, use, archiving and access to the above-mentioned
information, and that he will not hold TUDORS responsible. . If the MEMBER

4. Termination of the Agreement Each Party may
terminate this Agreement at any time with a unilateral notice to the other
party.
5. Status of Disputes
This agreement will remain in effect until the MEMBER

terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the MEMBER's MEMBERSHIP if the
MEMBER violates any provision of the "membership agreement".
6. Status of Disputes
Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are
authorized to resolve all disputes in connection with or arising from this Agreement.
7. Enforcement
Membership registration of the MEMBER takes place
after the MEMBER reads and accepts all the articles in this Agreement. This
Agreement has been concluded and entered into force at the moment the MEMBER
